Our streetwear is unisex.

• The hoodie is slightly oversized – just order the size you usually wear.
• Our T-shirts in sizes XS and S are cut shorter than regular unisex shirts, making them slightly cropped. From size M upwards, the length corresponds to the usual unisex cut.
• Our sweaters have a slightly boxy cut and are often bought one size larger.
• The long sleeves run one size larger than normal – here it's better to order one size smaller.
• The Troyer/Half-zip pullovers have a straight cut – here too, they are often bought one size larger.

Many of our customers buy their T-shirt in M and their sweater in L. The half-zips are true to size, but some prefer to size up. If you are between two sizes and prefer a looser fit, choose the larger size.

Our fabrics are durable – but a little care extends their lifespan. And the less you wash, the better for the fabric.

Washing

• At 30 °C on a gentle cycle
• Inside out, with similar colors
• Mild detergent
• No bleach, it damages the fibers
• Wash whites only with whites – otherwise the collar will turn grey over time

Drying

• Preferably air dry, not in direct sunlight
• Tumble drying is possible at a low setting and makes the fabric soft again

• Inside out and at a low setting, this protects colors and prints

Your package will be dispatched by us within 1-4 business days, and DHL will then need another 1-2 business days. So, expect delivery within 2-6 business days.

Your package arrives without plastic – the packaging also doubles as gift wrapping, so you can give it directly as a gift.

From Portugal, the goods arrive at our facility in cardboard boxes, not individually wrapped in polybags as is common in the industry, but together in large bags. We save these and reuse them for our B2B customers or for markets and festivals.

Yes. You have 14 days from the day your package arrives to notify us – a short email to hello@seasick.studio is sufficient.

You can also easily cancel the order online. Further instructions will then be sent with the confirmation by email.

After that, you have another 14 days to send the package back.

You pay for the return shipping. If you don't want to take care of it yourself, just drop us a line at hello@seasick.studio – we'll send you a label and deduct €5 from your refund.

Email us or send the item back to us with a note indicating which item you would like instead. We cannot include a label for exchanges; you are responsible for organizing the return shipping yourself. Once we receive the package, your new item will be shipped out. If the size is no longer available in the meantime, we will contact you.

Our t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton. Hoodies, sweaters and half-zips are made from 50% recycled pre-consumer cotton and 50% organic cotton.

No polyester, no mixed fabrics. This makes the fabric heavy and soft, and it makes the garments recyclable at the end of their life.

Each piece has an embroidery on the front, all other designs are screen prints with water-based, biodegradable inks.

Designed in Würzburg, produced in Northern Portugal. We know our production partners personally.

Our production facility in Northern Portugal is certified, not SEASICK itself – under license number GOTS-16159. The facility is independently audited every year, from the cotton to the working conditions.

However, the label is not on our products. For that, we would have to be GOTS-licensed ourselves, which we are not. It was more important to us to have production in a place where the standard applies.
